PRODUCT SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

SHIPMENTS

All our shipments within Greece are carried out by ACS Courier service and are delivered safely to the address of your preference within two or three business days from the date the order is paid in full. Regarding international orders, products are also shipped by courier service within two to seven business days from the date the order is confirmed. For areas classified as "remote" by the courier company, this time may vary. Under no circumstances are we liable for any delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure events. Consequently, the above delivery deadline may be extended respectively. International orders are also shipped by courier service within two to seven business days from the date the order is confirmed, to countries where this is possible. In any case, shipping costs are free of charge.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days and request a replacement or refund. Shipments for returns within Greece are free of charge. You can claim the return of a product exclusively within the above mentioned deadline. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • 1. The return does not involve ordering an otherwise unavailable item, customised items, special orders (e.g. in scripted wedding rings, personalised gifts), or discounted items due to a promotion.
  • 2. Returned products must be in the condition they were shipped and received by the customer, in perfect condition, without signs of tear and wear. They must be in their original packaging, in excellent condition accompanied with all shipment documents (e.g. Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, Invoice). Returns that do not meet the above conditions shall not be accepted and shall be returned to the customer.
  • 3. Returns regarding seasonal products, such as lucky charms, shall not be accepted.
  • 4. Returns shall not be accepted when items display obvious signs of use or their packaging is damaged.

In case you wish to return your order you can contact us at iraklio@croesus.gr by providing your name and order number, and the reason you return the product. You will receive an email from us with return instructions within 2 business days. Upon receipt of your return, the condition of the returned item will be inspected thoroughly and if there are no issues regarding its condition, packaging or accompanying documents, then we will confirm the return by email. If you do not wish a replacement and instead you request a refund, the process will be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item at our headquarters. The item's purchase value is refunded by means of the original payment method, unless you chose cash on delivery as payment option at the time of purchase. The refund in this case will be deposited to the customer's bank account, provided that the customer informs the company about their bank account number (IBAN), the bank where they keep the account and the name of the beneficiary as stated in the passbook by email at iraklio@croesus.gr once the return is approved. For security reasons, the account beneficiary must be the same person as the purchaser.
