Retro flair, aviation-grade technology: the brown calfskin strap echoes those on Heuer pilot watches from the mid-century; the bidirectional turning bezel, however, is made from very advanced material-science ceramic.
The Autavia 42mm is a modern three-hand watch of extreme precision. It has the supremely satisfying look of a pre-digital cockpit counter.
The dial’s “orange peel” gives alluring depth and grace to the design. The silver-toned numerals and hands are Super-LumiNova® treated for extra punch. On the back, an iconic engraving of airplane propeller inside a steering wheel evokes the Autavia’s aviation and automobile roots.
