This is a stainless steel Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Diver Chronograph. The solid three-body case and curved lugs are polished, with a unidirectional rotating black-ion-plated bezel with diver time graduations, and a sapphire crystal display case back. The rubber strap has a stainless steel double deployant clasp. The dial is black with luminescent skeleton hands, applied luminous faceted rectangular hour markers, and a screwed-down crown. There is a sapphire crystal and minute markers around the outer track. The date aperture is at 6 o'clock, and the square-button chronograph includes a 60-second sub dial at 9 o'clock, with a 30-minute index at 3 o'clock, both with distinctive luminous blue shield index markers. It's water resistant to 200 meters/660 feet, and the power reserve is 42-hours at full wind. The Ulysse Nardin automatic in house calibre UN-800 movement has 27 jewels; the case, dial, and movement are all signed.
